Delivery

Stock Designs: 

All stock design coasters are made to order and are dispatched within 3 working days. 

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail and usually arrive a couple of days after dispatch. Please note that although we will dispatch your order within 3 days, we cannot guarantee there won't be delays to Royal Mail's delivery service. Therefore, please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive before contacting us. If you have not received your order after 8 working days, please get in touch and we'll get it sorted in a jiffy. 

Also note... we're a small business and everything is made to order, unfortunately we can't be as quick as Amazon, as much as we'd like to be!

Next day delivery/Express delivery is occasionally available depending on how busy we are. If you require an order within 8 working days, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Custom orders:

We aim to dispatch all custom orders within 5 working days, this gives us time to create the design and also make any amendments if required. Custom orders are then dispatched using Royal Mail and should arrive within a couple of days after dispatch. All custom orders are sent to you to be approved before we etch, any delay in your approval of a design will impact dispatch times.

Depending on our custom order book, we may be able to get orders to you quicker, but please contact us if you require your custom order within 10 working days.  

If you have not received your custom order after 10 working days please get in touch. 

Returns

We want everyone to be happy with their new Etching Summit products, however if for whatever reason you are not we will do everything to make it right!

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@etchingsummit.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, stating your order number, a description of the issue and also a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement immediately. 

If you've changed your mind and would like to return your item for a full refund please contact us at hello@etchingsummit.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note return cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in the original state, and packaged in the same manner that they were received to avoid damage in transit. 

Custom or personalised orders:

Please note custom or personalised orders are non refundable.
